According to long tradition, Mladá Boleslav loses in Slavia stadium

The first half did not lack a good pace despite very hot weather, and there were plenty of chances on target, but resulting in no goals. Slavia players started more actively, but Mladá Boleslav was closer to scoring a goal sooner. In the 7th minute after Chramosta's pass, Sedláček took a shot from a narrow angle and barely missed the far goalpost of Vaniak's goal.
Slavia's players were missing the target quite a bit, even shooting at the defending Mladá Boleslav defense. Whenever a shot got through, goalkeeper Miller saved it without any problem. He faced the most dangerous situations in the 27th minute after Čelůstka's shot, in the 42nd minute after Kisel's free kick, and after the following corner kick by J. Černý, when Čelůstka was shooting again, this time high over the goal.
In the 31st minute, after cooperation between Sylvestre and Mendy, Kalina ran into the rival's penalty area, but being blocked by a defender, he did not manage to tame the ball and could not take a shot.

The second half continued without any drama, at least at the beginning. The first chance by Mladá Boleslav was created by Koubský, when he made a corner kick. After his clumsy intervention; the corner was hit by Opiela, and Chramosta's header just missed the goal. He spoiled a clear chance in the 72nd minute; he ran alone against Vaniak and managed to kick the ball past him, but the ball missed the left goalpost.

Three minutes later, Slavia struck. After Kalina's foul, Kisel was making a free kick from the left sideline, and Vlček, unmarked in the goal area, took a shot past Miller with a header in mid-air - 1:0. As it turned out in the last quarter of the hour, it was the winning goal.

In the 79th minute, after exchanging the ball from a short distance, Kulič took a shot, but Vaniak jumped in front of goal in time to save his zero account.
In the last five minutes, Slavia had five chances to score against Mladá Boleslav's open defense. Kisel failed to kick over Miller, Vlček missed a goal, Zákostelský's header after Kisel's corner kick ended up in the side net, and during the additional time of two minutes, Milan Černý did not outflank Miller after a solo run, and Kisel's short shot missed the goal.
