Come to see Czech football, invites coach Uhrin

Mladá Boleslav ranks among the best Czech football clubs and has not progressed to UEFA Cup by luck. Hopefully, the Czech public has drawn the same conclusion, which has become a common knowledge in the entire France. The disappointed coach of Olympique Marseille acknowledged the opponent's desire after victory, "This is what happens in football when one team wants to win more than the other one. Today, Mladá Boleslav has fought harder than we have," commented the French coach Albert Emon and conceded the welcome in France to be less than lukewarm. "The fans won't be happy," the coach anticipated the reaction of French media and football fans. In response to a reporter's question whether he feels sorry for having recalled Riberi from the game, he answered: "I am not sorry about Riberi, but I am sorry that we did not run as much as our opponent."
When assessing the match, Dušan Uhrin reminded that the players had to close the gap from the last match in Marseille, as well as reverse the unfavorable development during the re-match, which the team managed only thanks to its resolute spirit and determination to fight until the last moment. "We do everything we can to attract more spectators to Czech football" he declared with a visionary zest and admitted that he has never witnessed a match of such importance during his career. "I have never won such an important match. I can compare it only to our match at the end of the last season in Liberec, when we played for a second place in the first league, which was the start of our today's huge success"
How did he feel when his team was about to loose? "I wanted to win and to advance, and I have never thought about anything less for a minute, but I started believing in victory only when we were leading 3:2," Uhrin said. He was not the only one - his players felt the same. "I felt we could do it after the third goal," admitted the winning goal scorer Tomáš Sedláček. „Marseille players appeared to underestimate us and we felt that they were getting tired and less determined in the second half," mentioned one of the main heroes of the fantastic football drama Radim Holub.
